Track time against work
Track documents timers, manual entries, project reporting and plan-dependent billable rates, estimates and timesheet controls. Our editorial use case is understanding time spent on editing, administration or contractor work. This profile retains the imported Toggl identity while clearly covering Track. ATN has not installed either app or tested migration, billing or report accuracy. [1] [4]
License-based billing
Vacant licenses can still cost money
The Track billing guide lists Starter at 12 USD/EUR monthly or 9 per license per month billed annually; Premium is 20 monthly or 18 annually. It says unused licenses remain billed until an administrator removes them, although an older active-user passage remains on the same page. Confirm the subscription’s actual license count, currency, tax and renewal quote. Do not substitute the newer Toggl pricing table. [3]
Work records & permissions
Activity capture is an optional function
The Windows Track guide documents enabling or disabling Timeline recording and converting activity into time entries. Ordinary time records synchronize with the server, including after offline use. Before sensitive work, inspect capture settings, project visibility and administrator access. Do not assume that a private activity view means every time entry remains local or invisible to the organization. Retention and account deletion still require an account-specific check. [4]
Track partner program
One eligible payment, not recurring revenue
The official FAQ offers 30% of the first eligible Track organization payment, a 90-day cookie and last-touch attribution. Later upgrades do not earn another commission. It lists a $5 minimum, PayPal, Stripe or direct deposit and withdrawal availability between the 8th and 13th of the next month after eligibility. Refunds within 45 days cancel commission; self-referrals are prohibited. PartnerStack approval is required. Other Toggl products need a separate agreement. ATN has not applied; the linked full agreement failed retrieval. [5]
