CREATE CREATOR TOOLS
Telegram Messenger.
Cloud messaging, calls, groups and channels. Default cloud conversations and device-specific Secret Chats have different encryption and storage properties. [1]
Communication features
Choose the appropriate conversation
The official FAQ documents multi-device messaging, calls, groups and channels. Secret Chats trade cloud synchronization for device-specific encrypted conversations. Our editorial use case is ordinary coordination with known collaborators. Avoid sending irreplaceable files or sensitive identity material until the account, recipient and conversation settings are understood. ATN has not installed the apps or audited their implementation. Free core & optional subscriptions
Purchase channel matters
Telegram’s core messenger is free; Premium is an optional subscription. Its FAQ describes purchases through supported app stores or a direct purchase route, with prices affected by the channel. Confirm the displayed local price, billing period and renewal terms. Business tools, Stars and third-party mini-app purchases have separate rules; a Premium payment does not approve an adult commercial workflow. [2] [3]
Policies & third parties
Cloud data and bots have distinct risks
The privacy notice explains cloud-message storage and data shared when interacting with third-party bots. It also permits disclosure of a phone number and IP address under qualifying judicial orders. Encryption is not anonymity, and a bot conversation can involve another operator’s privacy terms. The checked privacy route served the EU notice; regional rights and account details need their own review. [4]
A messenger account is not monetization approval
Telegram prohibits spam and scams. Public content and paid creator features are governed by applicable terms, including additional conditions for optional products. Verify the particular feature before using it for sales or distribution. No channel or explicit-content destination is recommended here. [3]
Mini-app affiliate programs
Stars rewards depend on the developer
Telegram documents programs in which users or channels refer purchases to participating mini-apps and receive Telegram Stars. Developers choose the rate and duration. This is not a general cash reward for inviting someone to install the messenger. Current program eligibility, conversion or withdrawal rules and payment conditions require separate verification. ATN has not joined a program. [5]
