Content & affiliate policies
U.S. customers: adult-content restrictions
Section 4 of Hetzner’s U.S. special terms lists pornographic or obscene material among prohibited published content. These additional terms apply to customers located in the United States. ATN therefore does not present Hetzner as an adult-content hosting choice for U.S. customers. Other locations and services require their own policy check. [5]
Cloud referrals: discontinued
Hetzner’s current cloud FAQ says the former referral-credit program has been discontinued and old referral links no longer qualify. ATN has not verified a replacement public cash affiliate program or an approved commercial arrangement. All links here go directly to the provider without affiliate tracking. [6]
