The FAQ says one account can buy and sell services, with free service listings. Buyers pay a 5% service fee with a US$2 minimum, while the seller commission is 20%, leaving 80% of the order price. The March 2023 terms describe canceled-order funds returning to the buyer’s marketplace balance. Do not assume this means an automatic refund to a bank or card. Obtain the applicable refund route and timing before committing funds. [3]

The terms include permissions for the platform to use submitted material, including for promotion. Check those permissions before uploading work or confidential briefs. Affiliate & referral research
Referrals credited after approved work
The affiliate page advertises 10% of the listing price for delivered and approved transactions by referred users during their first year after registration. It advertises 20% when both the buyer and freelancer were referred. Earnings are credited to the account and may be spent on services or withdrawn.
