Products and photo approval
My Robot Doll lists silicone and TPE dolls and accessories. Its buyer guarantee describes sending photos for customer approval before shipping custom and made-to-order dolls. ATN has not independently verified manufacturer authorization or inspection quality. [1]
Made-to-order cancellations
The delivery guide describes a voluntary 24-hour cancellation period for made-to-order dolls. Asking for immediate production removes that option. The guide also discusses exceptions to withdrawal rights for personalized and unsealed hygiene products; ATN is summarizing the seller’s stated terms, not determining a buyer’s legal rights. [3]
Claims and product condition
The return policy says qualifying incorrect default-option orders may receive replacement parts or a replacement doll. For replacement, it asks for the unused doll back within 14 days of receipt. It defines unused strictly, including no cleaning, powdering or oiling, and requires original or equivalently protective packaging. [2]
After-sales limits
The buyer guarantee asks for prompt arrival-issue contact, preferably within 48 hours. The refund policy lists cosmetic and manufacturing variations it does not classify as faults and often offers repair solutions for transport damage. Confirm the remedy and return costs for the actual issue before shipping anything back; a blanket long-term warranty was not confirmed. [1] [2]
