Moon-Doll.

Order and fulfillment scope

Moon-Doll’s policies cover customized and in-stock dolls. Its shipping guide describes different freight arrangements by destination, parcel weight and customs conditions. A general delivery slogan should not be treated as an order-specific promise. [1] [2]

Confirm production status

The cancellation table lists a 90% refund within 24 hours and a production-dependent partial refund afterward. However, the same page says production starts within 12 hours and orders already in production cannot be cancelled. In-stock orders confirmed for shipment are also excluded. Ask which restriction governs your order. [1]

Returns, repairs and exclusions

The policy asks customers to report arrival issues within 24 hours with photos or video. Wrong-item claims require an unboxing video; damage may lead to a replacement or repair kit depending on severity. Exclusions include used products, improper-use damage and cosmetic variations. These terms do not establish a universal warranty duration. [1]

Shipping and import costs

The shipping guide allows changes between air and sea freight based on weight, brand, costs and customs conditions. Expedited service can cost extra. Some destinations include duties, others require customer-assisted clearance or additional charges. Obtain a destination-specific quote and written tax treatment before ordering. [2]
