LoveNestle and Erovenus

Erovenus’s company page identifies its operator as LOVENESTLE LIMITED. Its brand history describes creating LoveNestle in 2023 and later introducing Erovenus for silicone doll products. ATN keeps the original LoveNestle master-list name and recorded domain while citing these current company sources. [1] [2]

Return window needs clarification

The Erovenus policy permits unopened, unused returns within 15 days, but alternates between purchase and physical receipt as the start date. It requires advance approval, describes customer-paid shipping and transaction fees, and leaves the restocking percentage dependent on the item and reason. Confirm the deadline and total deductions in writing. [3]

Cancellation terms

For in-stock orders, the page describes a 95% refund within 24 hours before shipment. For customized orders, it lists 95% within 12 hours and 80% within 24 hours depending on progress, yet also says production starts immediately and orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. These conditions need reconciliation. [3]

Arrival issues and support

The policy recommends initiating quality-issue reports within 24 hours and requires photographic or video evidence. Wrong-item claims require an unboxing video. Contact the listed support team for the process; source checks do not establish the quality of its service. [3] [1]
