Kuma Doll.

Products and order types

Kuma Doll lists TPE and silicone dolls with customization and in-stock categories. Its published terms distinguish customized orders from standardized products. [1]

Cancellation fees

The cancellation page specifies a 10% fee within eight hours of payment, 20% after eight but before 24 hours, and 50% after 24 hours. In-stock orders cannot be cancelled after payment. The stated 24-hour production pause does not make cancellation free. [1]

Returns and conflicting coverage

The returns page excludes customized dolls but allows unused standard products back within seven days of delivery, in original packaging at the specified address. Buyers bear return freight, customs clearance and duties. Yet the purchase guarantee says refunds are available only for arrival damage. Confirm whether a non-defective standard product qualifies before purchasing. [1] [2]

Arrival issues

The returns page asks for photos or video and contact within 24 hours for damage or an incorrect item. Its guarantee excludes used dolls, improper use or storage, and several cosmetic variations. A general long-term warranty duration was not established by these sources. [1] [2]
