KIIROO.

What KIIROO offers

KIIROO develops connected adult devices and related software. Its range includes electronics and compatible accessories. Check the specific model's requirements before purchase; ATN has not tested compatibility, performance, or privacy. [1]

Warranty depends on the product

For eligible direct purchases, the published policy gives electronic devices a one-year warranty and Feel by Kiiroo strokers a 60-day warranty. Coverage concerns manufacturing or material defects under normal use. Consumables and listed accessories are excluded. [2]

Approved claims are repaired or replaced at KIIROO's discretion, without a warranty refund. Replacement coverage runs from the original purchase date. The policy applies to the original purchaser and excludes second-hand purchases and unauthorized reseller or marketplace purchases. [2]

Return rules depend on location

For customers outside the EU and UK, including the US, the published policy requires an unopened, unused return request within seven days of delivery. Return postage and deductions for outbound shipping or handling can reduce the refund. [3]

The company describes a separate 14-day process for EU and UK customers, subject to hygiene-seal conditions. Faulty-item handling is separate from change-of-mind returns. Read the policy for your location and contact support before sending anything back. [3]
