HXDoll.

What HXDoll offers

HXDoll lists TPE and silicone dolls, including regional in-stock options. Delivery estimates vary across its homepage; confirm the specific item’s location and dispatch schedule before ordering. [1]

Conflicting cancellation terms

The refund policy introduction calls the first 24 hours free to cancel, but its table specifies a 10% fee. The table also lists in-stock orders as non-refundable, a 50% fee once production begins, 80% when finished, and no refund after shipment. Obtain written clarification for your order. [2]

Return eligibility is unresolved

One section allows reports of faulty or incorrect items within 30 days and mentions partial refunds for unwanted items. Another says dolls cannot be returned and offers repair guidance rather than replacement for defects. These statements conflict; ATN cannot confirm which remedy will apply. [2]

Published claim process

The page requires an authorized return form and support-provided address. It asks for the order number, product identification and reason. It assigns buyer-caused return shipping to the buyer, but says seller-caused damage or incorrect-item return shipping is not the buyer’s responsibility. Confirm eligibility before sending anything.
