Honey Play Box.

What Honey Play Box offers

The store lists app controlled and standalone adult devices, alongside charging accessories, cleaning products, and storage items. Compatibility is model specific; ATN has not tested the app or devices. [1]

Warranty & registration

The warranty policy states one year of coverage from purchase and asks customers to register within two weeks of receiving their shipment. A claim requires order details and a short video of the malfunction. Water damage is excluded. [1]

Two return windows

The published return page offers a seven-day satisfaction window for eligible devices, with exclusions including accessories, lingerie, lubricants, and clearance items. Return postage is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. [2]

After seven days, its standard policy permits unused, sealed products in original packaging to be returned within 365 days of purchase. Opened products are generally excluded after the initial window unless defective or damaged. Approval follows inspection; contact support before returning an item. [2]

Shipping & packaging

The shipping page describes packaging without a visible adult-company reference. Its general estimate is dispatch within 24–72 hours and delivery in 5–8 business days, with destination and product exceptions. Check the applicable shipping row for the selected item. [3]
