Fleshlight.

Products and research scope

Fleshlight’s EU storefront lists devices, replacement sleeves and accessories. The master list records fleshlight.com; that US site was unavailable during this check. The policy summary below comes from fleshlight.eu and should not be treated as confirmed US terms. [2] [3]

EU storefront returns

The EU refund policy allows unopened, unused items to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) first and put its number on the parcel. Buyers pay return postage, and the original shipping fee is excluded from the refund. Bundles must be returned together. The page asks customers to allow ten business days after receipt for processing. [1]

Defective or incorrect items

The EU refund policy asks customers to report defective or incorrect items within 90 days of delivery and supply photos. After confirmation, it describes a replacement at the seller’s expense without requiring the affected item back. This is the stated claim procedure, not a blanket lifetime warranty. [1]

Confirm the regional instructions

The EU refund policy lists a return address in Spain, while the EU FAQ lists one in Texas and includes US shipping information. Because these pages mix regional instructions, obtain the correct return address and applicable terms from support for your order before sending anything. [1] [2]
