What FantasyWives offers

FantasyWives lists TPE and silicone dolls from multiple brands. Its own claims about authenticity and material safety have not been independently verified by ATN. [1]

Cancellation terms

The cancellation table specifies a 95% refund within four hours and an 80% refund within 24 hours. It says cancellations are available only during the first 24 hours; contact support to request one. [1]

Returns and arrival issues

The returns policy requires photos or an unboxing video for arrival problems within 48 hours. Its FAQ instead asks customers to report defects within 24 hours. These deadlines conflict; confirm the applicable window in writing before ordering. [1] [2]

Returns require approval, unused condition, original packaging and included accessories. The policy makes customers responsible for return shipping and excludes shipping costs from refunds. It excludes damage from improper use and several cosmetic differences from its guarantee. [1]

Shipping scope

The shipping guide separates production from transit time, with estimates varying by material and destination. It describes plain cartons, emailed tracking and geographic exclusions. Confirm destination eligibility and any customs charges before paying; the guide does not establish a guaranteed arrival date. [3]
