What EdenFantasys offers
EdenFantasys is an online adult product retailer with a private collection and a catalog that includes standalone and app operated devices. The store also publishes customer reviews. Those reviews are separate from an ATN assessment; ATN has not tested these products. [1]
Published packaging information
The storefront describes plain brown boxes or unbranded mailers and says most orders are processed within 24 hours. These are company statements. Destination-specific delivery times, costs, and exceptions were not confirmed in this check. [1]
Return & warranty terms unconfirmed
The storefront links to dedicated return and shipping policies, but their contents could not be retrieved during this check. ATN therefore has not confirmed a return window, refund method, return-postage responsibility, or warranty period. The official links are included below for readers to check directly. [1] [3] [4]
Before ordering, ask support for the policy that applies to the specific item and destination, including opened-item restrictions and whether any remedy is a refund, replacement, or store credit. [2]
Customer support
The contact page lists phone support at (770) 604-1352 and availability from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, seven days a week. These are the company’s published contact details; ATN has not tested response times or service quality. [2]
