Couples Toy Store.

What Couples Toy Store offers

The catalog includes adult devices, lubricants, accessories, and products marketed for couples. These notes cover the retailer’s published service terms; ATN has not tested its products or customer service. [1]

Returns are limited to defects

The return page says products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Items intended for bodily contact are treated as used once they leave the warehouse. Do not assume an unopened item qualifies for a change-of-mind return. [2]

Start with a support request

The page directs customers to its return request form, which asks for the order name, email, number, reason, and issue description; supporting photos are optional. The form includes dissatisfaction choices, but those choices do not override the defect-only policy text. [2]

The page does not state a clear claim deadline, a blanket manufacturer-warranty period, or who pays return postage. Confirm the applicable process and remedy with support before returning an item. [2]

Packaging & dispatch

The shipping policy describes plain padded envelopes or brown boxes with shipping labels and no store branding. Its dispatch goal is 24–48 business hours, allowing longer during holidays, with USPS Ground as the default. Tracking is added to the account center when available. [3]

Cancellation restrictions

The shipping page says orders cannot be cancelled after submission because processing can happen the same business day. Check the item and delivery details carefully before placing an order. [3]
