What Autoblow offers
Autoblow sells powered adult devices, including the Ultra and VacuGlide ranges, alongside interchangeable sleeves, mounts, and other accessories. Model features and compatibility differ; ATN has not tested the hardware or connected services. [2]
Outer packaging matters
The policy gives 30 days from receipt for defective or damaged returns, yet also prohibits returns after the outer shipping carton is opened, even if inner packaging stays sealed. Used products returned for dissatisfaction are excluded. Ask support how it handles defect claims under these overlapping conditions. [1]
Get return authorization first
Returns need an authorization (RMA) number on the package, the original packing slip, and product packaging. Ship within seven days of RMA issuance. Support may request video evidence of a fault. [1]
Fees & shipping deductions
The policy lists a 5% restocking fee and customer-paid return postage for unopened shipments. Outbound shipping is not refundable. For international orders, deductions can include the company’s actual shipping expense, which may exceed the amount originally charged to the customer. [1]
Warranty duration unconfirmed
Current model-specific warranty coverage was not confirmed. The return window is not necessarily the warranty period; ask support for the exact device’s coverage and claim process. [1]
Packaging & dispatch
The FAQ describes plain brown boxes with a warehouse return address. It states same-day dispatch for orders placed before noon EST, excluding weekends and holidays. International customers may owe duties or taxes, and shipping charges can be deducted if a parcel is refused or returned after failed delivery attempts. These are published terms, not an ATN delivery test. [2]
