AINIDOLL.

What AINIDOLL offers

AINIDOLL describes its business as a doll maker and marketplace offering traditional and AI robotic adult dolls, including customizable and ready-to-ship selections. ATN has not tested the products, software, or advertised features. [1]

Repair coverage & exclusions

The dedicated policy describes one year of service coverage from purchase: repairs and replacement parts are covered for eligible quality issues, but shipping is excluded. After that year, it states repair labor remains free while the customer pays for parts and shipping. Misuse, neglect, loss, and non-workmanship damage are excluded. [2]

Report arrival problems quickly

The policy asks customers to report defects or damage within 24 hours of receipt. Its general rule is final sale, with refunds limited to serious damage on arrival. Accessories are also listed as final sale. [2]

Exception for U.S. warehouse stock

A separate exception allows return requests within 24 hours of receiving an eligible ready-to-ship doll from the U.S. warehouse. The item and packaging must remain in original, unused condition. A 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping apply. Customized products and accessories are excluded from this exception. [2]

Shipping depends on the order

The shipping page separates factory-made custom orders from warehouse stock and lists air and economy options. It describes unbranded outer packaging and tracking after dispatch. Delivery estimates vary by stock, production, shipping method, and destination. [3]

The page still includes pandemic-era wording and example timelines from 2021. Treat those historical examples as context, and confirm current production timing, warehouse location, shipping charges, and any import costs for the selected order. [3]
