Loti review.
Likeness monitoring that requires separate decisions about biometric data, access, and optional sharing.
Based on official documentation. Hands-on testing: not performed. Numeric rating: not assigned.
Our take
Loti is worth researching for likeness misuse, but we would withhold an enrollment recommendation until access and the intended sample workflow are clear. Monitoring a face or voice requires a different privacy decision from searching a stage name. Protection, licensing, and optional generation permissions should each be understood before consent is given.
A good fit for
Adults evaluating protection of their own likeness who can review biometric handling and permitted reference materials.
Think twice if
You need immediate confirmed access, intend to upload explicit samples, or assume all optional sharing is required for protection.
Strengths & limitations
What stands out
- The public-figure page describes detection, continuing monitoring, and tracking requests through resolution. That workflow could organize likeness cases, but ATN has not measured matching accuracy, false positives, or successful removals. [3]
What to weigh up
- The biometric policy permits third-party storage and AI training for matching. It says retention ends at the earliest of a completed purpose, consent withdrawal, or three years after the last interaction. Withdrawing consent ends service use; these are policy commitments, not a deletion audit. [4]
- The acceptable-use policy prohibits uploading or sharing adult nudity and sexually explicit material. Protection marketing does not override that restriction. Clarify whether a permitted non-explicit reference can support the intended case. [5]
What it costs
No fixed public-figure subscription price was verified. The agreement puts fees in the order form and defaults to renewal for the same term unless written notice arrives at least thirty days before term end, unless the order says otherwise. [6]
Where it fits in your work
Optional audiovisual delivery requires enabling sharing and an instruction under the agreement. Certain contact-authorized rights are perpetual and irrevocable. Review those permissions separately from protection, particularly if other people’s likenesses appear in a sample.
What this review does not establish
No face or voice sample, account, consent, report, or takedown was submitted. Access, eligibility, notice disclosures, paid scope, and deletion implementation remain unverified. The original goloti.com directory domain redirected to lotiai.com during this check; its source-scoped identity is retained.
Product claims and published prices can change. The check date records when we read the sources; it is not a safety certification.
Affiliate & referral status
The official product and policy pages and targeted search did not establish a publisher affiliate signup or commission agreement. Business demonstrations and likeness-licensing options do not by themselves establish a referral offer. Rates, attribution, payout, and ATN eligibility remain unknown; no application or tracking link exists.
