Hostinger review.
A packaged hosting option whose long introductory term and separate affiliate restrictions deserve attention.
Based on official documentation. Hands-on testing: not performed. Numeric rating: not assigned.
Our take
Hostinger belongs on a shortlist for a small website when you want a defined package and can commit to its billing term. We would decide on the renewal budget and permitted use first. A low introductory equivalent is less useful if a long prepayment limits your ability to change direction.
A good fit for
An owner running a small, policy-compliant website who prefers a hosting package to configuring individual cloud resources.
Think twice if
You need a cancellable monthly budget, expect every included extra to stay free, or plan to earn affiliate commission from an adult-oriented publisher site.
Strengths & limitations
What stands out
- The Premium package lists SSL, weekly backups, and a first-year domain benefit. Its three-site allowance is a concrete starting point for a small portfolio. [1]
- The help policy directly addresses adult-oriented websites. That is more useful for eligibility research than guessing from a general hosting advertisement. [2]
What to weigh up
What it costs
Premium displays $143.52 upfront for 48 months and $10.99/mo at renewal. The domain and two mailboxes per website are free for one year, not the entire hosting term. Confirm checkout currency, tax, and later add-on prices. [1]
Where it fits in your work
Before choosing a package, list your sites, storage requirements, backup expectations, and who will maintain the software. Keep a separate copy of important content and account recovery information.
What this review does not establish
We have not purchased this plan, timed page loads, restored backups, or assessed support. Hosting eligibility is a policy summary, not approval of an individual project.
Product claims and published prices can change. The check date records when we read the sources; it is not a safety certification.
Affiliate & referral status
Hostinger has a public affiliate program, but its agreement prohibits adult-nature material on affiliate websites. This is separate from its hosting policy. The agreement specifies qualifying initial purchases and a cookie lasting up to 30 days. ATN approval is unverified; this review uses direct links without tracking. [3]
