Fee refunds

The Marketplace Fee is non-refundable even if the freelancer payment is reversed or refunded. The initiation-fee guide says that fee is not returned after a payment to the freelancer, including after a successful dispute. This does not settle every underlying project-payment remedy. [4] [5]

Affiliate offer

The public program advertises 70% of a new client’s first contract spend, capped at $150 per transaction, through Impact. It describes scheduled monthly or threshold-based withdrawals and direct transfer, BACS or PayPal. The numerical payout threshold and cookie duration were not verified. [6]

Affiliate scope and approval
