Refund and account deletion

The pricing FAQ offers a refund request within 48 hours of the first payment. The terms separately say deleting an account deletes its stored data and does not reimburse prior expenses. Do not treat deletion as a refund request; preserve reports first. [2] [3]

Affiliate economics

The public page advertises 30% for a new subscription sale plus a stated $10 coupon-use incentive, not a verified lifetime recurring rate. It describes a 30-day registration cookie, monthly payouts and a $100 threshold through PayPal, bank/wire or Payoneer. [4]

Affiliate eligibility
