Understand broadcaster licensing
The FAQ defines a broadcaster license as a simultaneous live broadcast, rather than the total number of registered performers. Its ordinary packages are hosted and managed by the provider; a separate Developer Edition is described for customers using their own server. Confirm concurrency, bandwidth, and feature scope in the actual order. [2]

Separate purchase and ongoing charges
The Standard page describes a 12-month agreement, annual SSL renewal, and ongoing hosting after the contract. It says customization is unavailable until that agreement is fulfilled. Because the table and narrative disagree, confirm all installments, financing, taxes, renewal costs, ownership rights, and cancellation terms before paying. [3]
Merchant approval is separate
The FAQ says sales settle directly through the operator’s own merchant account and OdysseyCam takes no percentage for that setup service. This does not establish the processor’s rates, reserve, chargeback costs, payout schedule, or acceptance of a specific business. Obtain those conditions from the applicable processor. [2]

Request the complete service agreement
A complete current customer contract, privacy policy, retention schedule, and data-processing agreement were not verified in the checked material. Before onboarding, obtain the rules for identity records, consent documentation, backups, administrator access, data export, and closure. Advertising an age-check or region-blocking feature does not establish its effectiveness or legal sufficiency.

An internal module is a separate product feature
The feature documentation describes an optional affiliate module for an operator’s own website. That is not evidence of an affiliate program paying people to sell OdysseyCam software.
