Check the entity and regional contract

A shared brand does not mean identical terms

The UK/Rest of World agreement identifies MIR Limited UK Ltd and says the account is not a bank account or covered by the UK FSCS. The app notice lists different responsible entities for the EEA, Australia and Canada. Those disclosures do not establish the same availability or protections for every reader. ATN has not opened an account, ordered a wearable or independently audited safeguarding. [2] [6]

The app’s quote takes precedence over a general table

Free transfers do not remove other charges

The fee page lists several wallet transfers as free but includes a one-time €1 virtual-IBAN charge and 0.99% conversion between USD, EUR and GBP; other conversions vary. Physical-card examples include US$12.99, €10.99 and £9.99. Bank charges can be additional, and the page directs users to the app for the most current figures. These are published examples, not a quote for every country or business account. [4]

Inactivity has its own condition

The reviewed customer terms permit an administration charge after twelve months of inactivity, with advance email notice. The fee page lists $5 or currency equivalent monthly, limited to the remaining balance when lower. The fee is not evidence that an otherwise restricted business use is allowed. [2] [4]

Regional notices and app preferences both matter

Identity checks remain part of the relationship

The UK/Rest of World privacy notice describes verification, legal obligations and marketing purposes. The app tracking notice separately describes SDKs for analytics, personalization and advertising, with regional entities. Review the applicable notice and app preferences before supplying records. This profile does not establish a uniform deletion period or independent security certification. [5] [6]

Commission applies to defined net fee revenue

Approval and marketing restrictions apply

The affiliate agreement advertises tiers of 15%, 20% and 30% of qualifying net Fee Revenue, not customer deposits or transfer value. It excludes categories such as prepaid-card and FX fees from that base and requires approval and KYC. It also prohibits sexually explicit promotional material and restricts incentives. Payout minimums, the exact tier-boundary treatment and ATN eligibility remain unresolved; no application or personal tracking link was created. [7]
