Confirm the complete seat quote
The pricing page advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card and describes per-seat billing and paid add-ons. Its current plan-price table was not readable in this check, so no numeric plan quote is asserted. The FAQ says removing a user does not create a prorated refund or credit; the paid seat can be reassigned. Confirm currency, taxes, billing period, and cancellation before subscribing. [3]

Different records have different lifetimes
The retention table lists screenshots for one month on Starter, three on Grow, and six on Team or Enterprise; ordinary time logs are listed for three years. Some retention can be extended with an add-on. Review the exact data category and plan rather than assuming a single deletion deadline. [4]
Customer responsibility
Hubstaff’s terms assign the customer or employer the data-controller role for staff information. They do not establish blanket adult-business approval. Rates and qualification
The affiliate terms offer 30% on Enterprise subscriptions and 20% on other plans for 12 months. The program page advertises a 120-day cookie. PartnerStack application approval is required. Payment conditions
Commissions are held for three months, then paid through PartnerStack with subsequent monthly payments. Refunds and chargebacks do not qualify.
