Understand the organization’s role
FSC describes its mission as protecting adult-industry rights through advocacy, policy work and resources. Its stated focus includes banking fairness, freedom of expression and online safety. Those are the organization’s positions and activities, not ATN findings about the outcome of a current lawsuit. For creator businesses, dated legislative updates can be a starting point for questions to qualified counsel. ATN has not joined or tested member services. [1]

The join page displays Partner at $120 annually, Advocate at $300 annually or $25 monthly, and Defender at $600 annually or $50 monthly. Its revenue bands are described as suggested. Confirm currency, renewal, cancellation and eligibility before paying. Published benefits include a professional directory, policy resources, events and plan-dependent extras; they do not establish representation for an individual dispute. [2]
Membership and data handling
Deletion is not necessarily immediate erasure
The privacy policy allows sharing with contracted service providers and payment processors and for specified legal demands. It says some data may remain for legitimate business or legal purposes and in backups or caches after removal. Review the separate terms of any linked member service before supplying financial, identity or medical information. ATN has not submitted membership data or tested deletion. [4]
Sponsorship and affiliate status
Support for FSC is distinct from an ATN endorsement
FSC publicly identifies sponsors and directs prospective supporters to membership. That establishes a sponsorship route, not a cash affiliate program for sending new members. No referral commission or ATN sponsorship was verified or arranged. Our coverage is independent of commissions; company discounts require their own current eligibility and expiration checks before being presented as deals. [5]
