CREATE PAYMENTS
ePayService.
The ePayService site still identifies MTACC as authorized, but Malta’s regulator cancelled MTACC’s financial-institution licence in February 2025. This page documents that discrepancy and does not recommend signup, funding or affiliate promotion. [1] [2]
The enforcement record has changed over time
Suspension preceded cancellation
MFSA’s September 2023 notice suspended MTACC’s licence and appointed a competent person, citing governance, financial-reporting and client-fund safeguarding failures among its findings. The separate 2025 decision is the later cancellation action. These are regulator findings about MTACC, not an inference from a website outage. [3] [2]
A reachable marketing page does not establish an operating service
Keep brand, legal entity and current availability separate
The site describes wallets, cards, bank transfers and payroll services. Its agreement defines the company as an MTACC group, while its privacy policy also names ePayService Global s.r.o. as website operator. Those references do not establish that another entity is currently authorized to supply the advertised payment products. This profile does not conclude that every similarly named business is closed; the unresolved issue is the legal and operational basis of the listed service. [1] [4] [5]
Published tables are not verified live quotes
No price-based recommendation
The site still publishes transfer, card and currency-conversion charges. Because present service availability and the applicable provider were not established, those numbers are not promoted here as actionable current prices. A fee page and a signup button cannot resolve a regulator’s cancellation notice. ATN has not opened an account, deposited funds or attempted a withdrawal. [6]
The published retention statements conflict
Do not promise deletion on either timetable
The general agreement says client documents are kept for twenty years after closure. The website privacy policy gives six years after the client relationship ends. The pages also differ in their operator descriptions. Which policy currently governs a particular account, and how requests are handled, remains unresolved. Neither period is presented as independently verified legal advice or a guaranteed deletion deadline. [4] [5]
Visible affiliate advertising is not a current endorsement
Do not promote an unverified payment operation
The affiliate page advertises country-dependent rewards for verified users and monthly wallet credits. Its percentage wording does not clearly establish the calculation base, and current operation of the program was not verified. No rate is promoted as an available deal, no application was submitted and no tracking link is used. Existing account holders can consult the official regulator notice for the competent-person information; ATN has not contacted anyone on their behalf. [7] [2]
