CREATE CREATOR TOOLS
CreatorHero.
An independent CRM for OnlyFans account workflows, including messaging, team performance, revenue reporting, and media organization. [1] [2]
Features & account access
Messaging and team administration
The official product site describes messaging workflows, chatter performance reports, revenue dashboards, translation, and media organization. It targets agencies and professional creator accounts. ATN has not tested its integrations or claims about earnings improvements, reliability, or account safety. [1]
Independent software with platform obligations
CreatorHero’s terms say it is not affiliated with OnlyFans. Users remain responsible for connected-platform terms and authorized access. Before connecting an account, check who can read messages, handle media, or act on the creator’s behalf; ATN has not verified a specific permissions setup. [2]
Fees, trials & cancellation
Per-creator pricing needs a complete quote
The site displays $39.99 per month per creator license plus a charge linked to revenue. A seven-day trial is advertised. The exact percentage, treatment of the stated cap, checkout currency, taxes, and final amount for a particular account remain unverified. [1]
Trial conversion and renewal
The service terms say the trial automatically becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled. Paid plans renew automatically; cancellation through account settings takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are generally non-refundable under the posted terms, subject to applicable requirements. Check the cancellation date before connecting multiple accounts. [2]
Eligibility & stored data
Adult users and connected content
The May 6, 2026 privacy policy requires users to be at least 18, or the higher local age of majority. It describes processing account and billing information, usage records, and user content including messages and media. Connected integrations exchange information according to the configured services and permissions. [3]
Retention varies by record type
The policy lists account/profile retention during use and up to 24 months after closure, with billing records retained for seven years. It also describes deleting inactive creator-account service data after three months and agency data after six months. Confirm exports and deletion arrangements before ending service; ATN has not audited these practices. [3]
Affiliate & referral research
An official, selective program
CreatorHero’s affiliate page invites agencies and industry voices to discuss a partnership and advertises recurring commissions. It seeks relevant audiences and product experience, or willingness to try the product. The page does not establish ATN’s acceptance, and no application or partnership call was submitted. [4]
Commercial terms remain unverified
The checked page did not provide a verified commission rate, recurring duration, cookie window, payout minimum, payment method, payment schedule, or complete traffic restrictions. Obtain the current written agreement before estimating affiliate income. All ATN links here are direct links without tracking. [4]
