Identify your payer and receiving route
Cosmo describes business payout portals, recipient accounts and cards, with bank transfers available in selected jurisdictions. Its contract identifies CP Solutions Limited, an Isle of Man company, as the program operator. Broad industry marketing is not proof that a particular payer, activity or country is approved. ATN has not enrolled a recipient, ordered a card or tested withdrawal. [1]
Charges can accumulate across the payout
Receiving and spending are separate events
The published dollar schedule lists an initial plastic card at $12.95, a $3 monthly charge and a $3 receipt fee unless the merchant absorbs it. Bank transfer is listed at $5, with a separate note allowing an additional charge of up to 2% for same-currency transfers. Foreign exchange can add up to 3.5% plus network charges. Confirm the account currency and current route before using these figures as a budget. [2]
An ATM fee is not the total withdrawal cost
The schedule lists $3.15 for an ATM withdrawal, with possible operator charges and an additional 1% for withdrawals outside the EU. The advertised one-to-three-business-day bank-transfer timing is a service description, not an ATN-tested guarantee. Avoid comparing providers using only the first fee visible on their homepages. [2]
Website and app practices differ
Read the mobile supplement as well as the website notice
The notice covers identity, financial and device information, legal disclosures and retention for account operation, disputes and legal duties. Its mobile supplement says optional product analytics are off by default and that device biometrics remain on the device. It limits website remarketing practices to the website rather than the app. Those are provider statements; no independent audit or fixed post-closure retention period was established. [4]

No verified public referral contract
The homepage’s affiliate language describes recipients of business payouts. That does not establish a cash reward for referring Cosmo customers. Official-site review and targeted searches did not substantiate a commission rate, application agreement, attribution window or minimum payout. No application or personal tracking link was created.
