Clockify documents timer and manual entries, weekly timesheets, projects, calendar views, and reports. Desktop and mobile apps are available. Free plan and Basic pricing
The pricing page checked lists a $0 plan for up to five users. Basic is displayed at $4.99 per seat when billed monthly, or $3.99 per seat per month with annual billing. Active or invited users, including owners and admins, occupy paid seats according to that pricing page. [2]
Confirm the local checkout total
Terms provide for USD, EUR, or CHF billing depending on business location, with taxes additional unless stated otherwise. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation through account settings takes effect at the end of the current subscription term. [3]
Eligibility & monitoring choices
Commercial use and adult users
The April 30, 2026 terms describe business and commercial use and require authorized users to be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement. Product eligibility and affiliate acceptance are separate questions. [3]
Two different forms of activity tracking
The Auto Tracker page says its recorded app and website activity stays locally on the user's computer until converted into time entries. Separately, the privacy policy describes an Activity Monitoring agent that can collect device activity and optional screenshots. Review which feature is being enabled and who will access its records. Data deletion has limits
The privacy policy says some information may be retained for legal or business purposes after account deletion, and information may remain in a business workspace. Workspace administrators control the processing of team-user data. ATN has not audited these practices. [5]
Affiliate & referral research
Official CAKE.com program
The official program advertises 30% recurring commission for up to one year and a 60-day cookie. The agreement limits qualifying sales to new customers and calculates commission before tax. CAKE.com must approve an application; ATN has not applied or enrolled. [6] [7]
Payment timing and threshold
The June 9, 2026 agreement specifies a US$100 payout threshold and bank transfer. First payments are scheduled 62 days after the transaction month's end. Tax documentation and invoicing requirements apply, and refunds can reduce commissions. [7]
Publisher eligibility is not established
The agreement prohibits indecent or explicit materials in social-media promotion and requires compliance with linked marketing policies. ATN's eligibility as an adult-industry directory remains unconfirmed; the existence of a program is not approval to promote it here. [7]
