CREATE MARKETING
BuyFansSubs.
A service selling packages of social-profile subscribers, likes and comments. Its published safety claims are not verified outcomes, and its terms place substantial risk on the customer. [1] [2]
What the service claims to supply
An audience count is not customer revenue
The website offers separate packages for subscribers, likes and comments and acknowledges that supplied subscribers may not become paying fans. It also publishes testimonials and ratings; ATN has not authenticated them or reproduced them as independent evidence. The editorial distinction is important: an increase in a displayed count does not demonstrate interested customers, genuine interaction, retained subscribers or income. [1]
Payment and refund limitations
Read the complete order terms
The terms describe one-time payments based on package volume. They generally exclude refunds once payment is accepted while mentioning unspecified exceptional cases. They also reserve remedies following disputes. No reliable exception procedure or jurisdiction-specific consumer remedy was established. The current total, currency and applicable payment method should be confirmed before any decision; ATN has not placed an order. [2]
Identity and access questions
Do not treat a password claim as a privacy audit
The service says it does not request an account password, but its order requirements involve profile information and, in some cases, access links. The privacy section describes visit, form and support data and potential legal or fraud-related disclosure. A precise retention schedule was not verified. The legal text refers to the owner and its country without clearly identifying the legal entity or jurisdiction. [2] [1]
Advertised affiliate availability
An invitation without complete terms
The homepage invites publishers and influencers to inquire about commissions on referred orders and monthly payouts. It does not establish a numeric commission, attribution window, payout minimum or full eligibility agreement. No signup URL distinct from an email inquiry was verified. ATN has not contacted the operator, submitted an application or added a tracking link. Affiliate availability does not resolve the service-quality and contract questions above. [1]
