Different roles for the platform and payment provider
The terms identify BIG WISH LTD in Cyprus as operator and LIDB Inc. as a regional payment agent for the US and Canada. That is the platform’s legal disclosure, not an independent audit of its payment arrangements. Users must be adults and satisfy applicable verification requirements. ATN has not registered, sent a gift, connected a payout account or tested a withdrawal. [3]

The FAQ qualifies the headline claims
The creator FAQ says fans pay 10% platform and 5.7% processing fees, with other methods potentially differing, and lists a $50 minimum payout. Terms state USD processing unless otherwise indicated. The FAQ describes processing within twenty-four hours through CentroFlex; it also lists India and Mexico among supported locations, then says CentroFlex payouts are unavailable there. Its country coverage needs reconciliation. Do not interpret the homepage’s instant-payout wording as a guaranteed bank settlement time. [2] [3] [1]
Do not leave funds unattended
The terms require payout requests within 180 days after funds become eligible and allow compliance-related delays and transaction reversals. Confirm the exact payout route and available fees before receiving gifts. The linked CentroFlex destination failed retrieval during this check, so its current separate terms were not verified. Privacy and acceptable use
Hidden from a gifter does not mean anonymous to providers
The FAQ promises that personal details are not shared between gifters and recipients. The privacy policy nevertheless describes identity documents, payout information, logs, analytics and payment-provider sharing, with retention exceptions after deletion and a backup cycle. These are different privacy questions. The guidelines prohibit explicit content and gifts linked to a promised sexual exchange. [4] [2] [5]
Referral claims and the missing agreement
Do not conflate two programs
The creator FAQ advertises a 5% creator-referral reward while separately calling marketplace affiliate integrations coming soon. The dedicated Referral Program Terms link redirected to sign-in, so its duration, attribution, exclusions and payout conditions were not verified. Neither claim is a verified ATN offer.
