Volet’s Canada terms identify Queensland Foreign Exchange Inc.; the Costa Rica terms identify Second February Limitada. Which entity would contract with a particular applicant, current country coverage and regulatory registration were not independently verified. Do not transfer one regional disclosure to every user. The business table lists free opening, onboarding and monthly account fees; crypto payment acceptance starts at 0.25%, and acceptance from Volet users at 0.5%. Withdrawal, currency conversion and network charges are separate. For example, the listed SWIFT/FPS/CIPS withdrawal is 1.5% plus US$25. The Canadian privacy notice includes identity-document information, facial images and biometric liveness data among verification inputs. It describes sharing with financial and service providers and retaining AML records for five years after account closure. This is a region-specific provider disclosure, not a verified guarantee of deletion or a summary of the separate Costa Rican notice. [6]
