Free limits & paid access

Stopping renewal

Private chats & provider access
The FAQ says other users cannot see a person’s chat history. The privacy policy nevertheless describes collecting chat communications and disclosing information to service vendors and affiliates. Privacy from other users should not be interpreted as a promise of no provider processing. [1] [2]
Content licenses & deletion
The terms contain broad, perpetual and irrevocable licenses covering submitted content, characters and generated outputs, including commercial uses. They also permit content review. Those license clauses are separate from whether a conversation is displayed publicly. [3]
