The privacy policy identifies Nectar AI and covers both trynectar.ai and nectar.ai. It describes AI companions, generated media and subscriptions. The master list’s Nectar name and trynectar.ai domain remain unchanged. [1]

Recurring billing

The terms describe advance, automatically renewing subscriptions, with billing frequency determined by the selected plan. Current prices and allowances were not verified; the billing period should be checked separately from any monthly-equivalent amount. [2]

Cancellation & refund scope

The terms allow stopping renewal through profile settings or support. Access continues until the current paid period ends. Paid fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, with discretionary exceptions considered case by case. App purchases also have payment-channel provisions. [2]

Information covered by the policy

Beyond registration details and usage tracking, the policy lists transaction data, communications, user-generated content and possible identity-verification information. It allows service-provider and legal disclosures and broader use of aggregated or non-personal information. Registration requiring an email does not mean email is the only data processed. [1]

Account deletion & remaining gaps

The terms permit account deletion using the service’s instructions and warn that content may be removed from live databases. The checked documents did not establish a fixed backup-erasure deadline or a clear chat-training opt-out. Cancellation of renewal and deletion of stored data are separate questions. [2] [1]
