Hands-on review pending
Service & access documentation
The information page describes chat, voice and generated photos, with free and paid tiers. The same page mentions app stores near the top but later says access is website-only and warns about similarly named apps. ATN has not verified an official store app; the conflicting text remains flagged. [1]
Plans & account management
The information page points to player settings for billing management and gives love@muah.ai for support. Current tier prices, allowances and renewal charges were not verified. [1]
Cancellation & refunds
The terms state that consumer subscriptions are non-refundable and can be cancelled through settings, the payment provider or love@muah.ai. They do not establish a tested cancellation result or a precise processing deadline here. [3]
Data collection & sharing
The privacy policy describes voluntarily supplied information, technical logs and cookies. It permits service-provider sharing, legal disclosures and transfers during business changes, while acknowledging that security cannot be guaranteed. These are published statements, not an independent assessment of the service’s security. [2]
Deletion questions
The policy allows access, correction and deletion requests through love@muah.ai. This check did not establish a fixed chat-retention period, backup-erasure schedule or explicit training opt-out. Those details remain unresolved rather than assumed from general privacy claims. [2]
Sources & research scope
These notes summarize the linked company pages as checked on September 29, 2026. Policies can change or vary by plan, purchase channel and location. ATN has not tested these services or independently audited privacy, security, deletion or billing.
