The version labelled August 22, 2026 says cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. It directs users to account settings, or support@herahaven.ai if they cannot cancel there. [1]

Different refund versions retrieved

The 2026-labelled policy generally excludes refunds and prorated credits, except where required by law. A retrieval through the recorded .com address returned older, July 2025-labelled text offering a conditional 24-hour refund window. Privacy coverage remains incomplete

The privacy route showed a verification notice without the policy body. Chat retention, training use, deletion procedures and backup-removal deadlines remain unverified. A visible privacy-policy link does not establish what protections its text promises. [3]
