Account scope & content rights

GirlfriendGPT’s terms identify NextDay AI Incorporated and related US and Cyprus entities. The service is adults-only. User submissions carry a broad perpetual, irrevocable and transferable operating and promotional license; the terms distinguish user submissions from company-owned modifications. ATN has not evaluated commercial reuse rights for any particular output. [1]

Cancellation & purchase channel

The terms direct recurring customers to Manage Subscription before the next billing cycle and say a cancellation confirmation is emailed. They also provide a CCBill cancellation route. Cancellation does not refund past charges. Refund exceptions concern mistakes or technical issues; CCBill purchases go through CCBill, while other payments go to GirlfriendGPT support. Data collection & retention

The privacy policy permits collection from account content, support communications, technical logs, analytics and advertising sources, with disclosures to vendors, advisers, authorities and employees.
