Fanfinity’s June 2026 privacy policy identifies NELEX, LLC as the controller and limits the service to adults. It covers account and character settings, prompts, conversations, optional profile pictures and technical usage information. [2]

Subscriptions & coin balances

Subscriptions renew automatically. Account settings or the payment provider can stop renewal; paid-period access continues without a prorated refund. Monthly allowance coins are used first, reset each subscription month and expire when the subscription ends. Separately purchased coins remain while the account is open, subject to breach-related forfeiture. A multimonth payment does not deliver every future monthly allowance immediately. [1]

Narrow refund exceptions

The terms allow review of duplicate technical charges or paid benefits that were never credited and cannot be restored. Requests must reach info@fanfinity.ai within 14 days of the original charge, from the account email, with a receipt or transaction ID and explanation. Dissatisfaction with AI output is not a qualifying defect under the posted policy. [1]

Stored interactions & model providers

Interaction data is stored for history, memory and service operation. Prompts pass to outside AI providers, and the policy allows training or improvement uses with aggregation or de-identification where practicable. That qualification is not an unconditional no-training promise. Content shared through public features may be saved or redistributed by others. [2]

Deletion requests & retention

Requests go to info@fanfinity.ai and may require identity checks. Conversation retention can continue through backup and legal-retention periods; no fixed backup deadline is supplied. The policy describes encryption in transit and secure storage, not a guarantee that the operator cannot access conversations. [2]

Program availability

The official application advertises commissions of up to 50% on subscriptions. This is a company maximum, not a confirmed ATN rate or guaranteed earning.
