Service & billing scope

Erogen’s terms identify Corinth LLC and restrict service access to adults. They describe recurring charges continuing until cancellation and payments in US dollars. This check did not establish current plan prices or a complete cancellation workflow. No purchase or conversation was tested. [1]

The refund window has usage conditions

The April 9, 2026 policy offers refunds within 30 days only if no message has been sent and no image generated since purchase, with proof of purchase required. Requests go to support@erogen.ai. It states 7–10 business days for processing, followed by fund transfer; that is a company estimate, not a verified refund experience. [3]

External AI processing

Erogen says prompts, context and relevant metadata are sent to outside AI infrastructure providers. It says restrictive retention settings are used where available. That qualification does not establish universal zero retention. The policy also covers account and technical data, cookies and service-provider disclosures. [2]

Retention & account closure

The policy describes keeping information while an account exists, with legal exceptions, and isolating backup data when immediate deletion is not possible. Closing an account can still leave records for fraud prevention, investigations or legal compliance. Privacy requests go to privacy@erogen.ai; no universal backup-erasure deadline was established. Public contributions & age wording

The terms give Erogen broad, perpetual and irrevocable rights over posted Contributions, including commercial uses. Do not assume that closing an account withdraws those licenses. [1]

Age-policy inconsistency

Although the terms prohibit under-18 access, the privacy notice also contains parental-consent wording. That inconsistency is flagged for clarification; it is not presented as permission for minors to use the service. [1] [2]
