ChatFAI.

Service overview

ChatFAI describes an application for creating and chatting with fictional characters across story genres. This profile examines its published account and data policies; conversation quality has not been tested. [1]

Plans & renewal

The help center confirms a limited free tier and paid plans. Current plan amounts and message allowances have not been verified. [4]

The terms describe advance billing and automatic renewal on monthly or annual cycles. Promotional codes apply to the first charge; later charges revert to ordinary pricing. [3]

Privacy claims need clarification

The service overview claims end-to-end chat encryption and no retained logs, transcripts or usage analytics. The privacy policy separately describes usage-data collection, analytics and retention. ATN has not established how those statements apply to chat content versus website activity; the documentation should not be read as a verified no-logging guarantee. [1] [2]

Cancellation & refunds

The cancellation article directs users to Settings and its cancellation link, then through confirmation prompts. The refund article says refunds are generally unavailable, with exceptions considered at the company’s discretion. [5] [6]

Account deletion

The help center describes an irreversible Delete Account option in Settings or Account. The privacy policy allows retention for obligations, disputes and enforcement. A precise deletion or backup-removal deadline was not established by this check. [7] [2]
